Product Specific Information
In direct ELISAs, approximately 35% cross-reactivity with recombinant human EphA1 and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse EphA4, EphA6, and EphA7 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
EphA1 belongs to the ephrin receptor subfamily of the protein-tyrosine kinase family. EPH and EPH-related receptors are involved in developmental events, especially in the nervous system. These receptors typically have a single kinase domain and an extracellular region containing a cysteine-rich domain and two fibronectin type III repeats. EphA1 is expressed in some human cancer cell lines and has been implicated in carcinogenesis.
