Target Information
UBE2O는 E2/E3 hybrid ubiquitin-protein ligase로, E2 및 E3 리가아제 활성을 모두 가지며 표적 단백질의 단일유비퀴틴화를 매개합니다.
TRAF6 매개 NF-kappa-B 활성화를 음성 조절하며, SMAD6의 단일유비퀴틴화를 통해 BMP7 신호전달 및 지방분화(adipogenesis)를 조절합니다.
또한 BAP1 및 기타 염색질 관련 단백질(INO80, CXXC1)의 핵 내 위치를 제어하고, TRIM27:MAGEL2 E3 복합체와 함께 WASHC1의 Lys-63 연결 유비퀴틴화를 매개하여 엔도솜 F-actin 조립을 촉진합니다.
