Target Information
Cell surface receptor for SEMA4A and class 3 semaphorins (SEMA3A, SEMA3C, SEMA3E). Plays a key role in cell-cell signaling and migration regulation across various cell types. Regulates thymocyte migration in the medulla and endothelial cell migration. Important for synapse formation specificity and normal heart and vasculature development.
