Target Information
Apolipoprotein H (APOH) is involved in multiple physiological pathways including lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the generation of antiphospholipid autoantibodies. APOH may serve as a cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in sera of patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, though it is not required for antibody reactivity associated with infections.
