Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)은 세포주기 진행에서 START 단계를 완료하는 데 필수적인 단백질로, 유사분열을 개시하는 M-Phase Promoting Factor의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용합니다.
CDK1은 Bcl-2의 인산화를 매개하여 G2/M 단계 정지 세포에서 세포자멸사 지연에 관여하며, 또한 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 CDK 억제제 NU2058의 치료 가능성이 보고되었습니다.
