Target Information
CXCR3 유전자는 세 가지 케모카인(IP10, Mig, I-TAC)에 선택적으로 결합하는 G 단백질 결합 수용체를 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 백혈구 이동, 인테그린 활성화, 세포골격 변화 및 화학주성 이동과 같은 세포 반응을 유도합니다.
Bordetella pertussis 독소에 의해 억제되며, Gi-서브클래스 G 단백질과 결합합니다.
이 유전자는 염증 조직의 T 세포에서 강하게 발현되며, 염증성 질환 치료를 위한 저분자 길항제 개발의 표적이 됩니다.
