Target Information
CHP1은 ROCK2의 키나아제 활성을 억제하여 중심체 복제를 조절하며, HSP90의 공동 샤페론(co-chaperone)으로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다. 또한 HSP90 샤페론 복합체를 통한 NOD1의 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다. 시험관 내에서 고유한 샤페론 활성을 가지며, ROCK2와 NPM1의 결합을 억제함으로써 이 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다. 스트레스 반응에 관여하며 종양 형성을 방지합니다.
