Target Information
The CRTAP gene encodes a scaffolding protein similar to chicken and mouse CRTAP. It may influence cytohesin/ARNO family activity in response to cellular stimuli. Defects in this gene are associated with osteogenesis imperfecta, a connective tissue disorder characterized by bone fragility and low bone mass.
