Target Information
Integrins는 α 및 β 사슬로 구성된 이합체 막 단백질입니다.
CD11b는 단핵구, 대식세포, 과립구의 부착 및 보체 코팅 입자의 섭취에 관여하며, iC3b fragment의 수용체인 CR3로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 fibrinogen, factor X, ICAM1의 수용체 역할을 하며, fibrinogen γ chain의 P1 및 P2 펩타이드를 인식합니다.
Mac1 CD11b 항원은 대식세포, 과립구, NK 세포, 혈액 단핵구에서 발현되며, 신경 조직에서 미세아교세포(marker)로 자주 사용됩니다.
CD11c는 integrin αX chain 단백질을 암호화하며, β2 chain(ITGB2)과 결합하여 leukocyte-specific integrin CR4(iC3b receptor 4)를 형성합니다. αXβ2 복합체는 αMβ2 integrin과 유사하게 자극된 내피세포에 대한 호중구 및 단핵구의 부착, 보체 코팅 입자의 식세포작용에 관여합니다.
CD11b/c 유전자 변이는 전신성 홍반성 루푸스(sle 6)와 관련이 있습니다.
