This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Interferons are widely used therapeutic agents due to their antitumor and antiviral effects, as well as their modulatory impact on the immune system (Biron, 2001; Kirkwood, 2002).
These cytokines act by binding to the Type I Interferon Receptor (IFNAR1). Downregulation of this receptor plays a key role in determining the magnitude and duration of cytokine signaling, which is influenced by phosphorylation at Serine 535 and 539 in IFNAR1 (Kumar et al., 2003).
