α6은 β4와 결합해 TSP180으로, β1과 결합해 VLA-6으로 알려진 인테그린을 형성할 수 있습니다.

CD49f는 주로 상피세포에서 발현되며, 헤미데스모좀의 구조적 안정성에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
