Target Information
This gene encodes a glycosyl hydrolase localized to the Golgi apparatus and catalyzes the final hydrolytic step in the N-glycan maturation pathway. Mutations in the mouse homolog of this gene have been associated with a systemic autoimmune disease resembling human systemic lupus erythematosus.
