Target Information
Centrosomal protein of 68 kDa (CEP68) is a human protein encoded by the CEP68 gene, located on chromosome 2.
CEP68 is essential for centrosome cohesion and decorates fibres from the proximal ends of centrioles.
CEP68 and rootletin are interdependent for centriole association, both requiring CEP250 for proper function.
