Target Information
Dermatopontin is an extracellular matrix protein involved in cell–matrix interactions and matrix assembly. It is found in various tissues, and many of its tyrosine residues are sulphated. Dermatopontin is postulated to modulate TGF-beta activity through interaction with decorin.
