NDRG3 (NDRG Family Member 3) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with NDRG3 include Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease Type 4D and congenital hypomyelinating or amyelinating neuropathy (autosomal recessive). Related pathways include apoptosis and autophagy, as well as PI3K/Akt signaling. An important paralog of this gene is NDRG1.
