Target Information
EPHA4는 단백질 티로신 키나아제 계열의 ephrin 수용체 하위 패밀리에 속합니다. EPH 및 관련 수용체들은 특히 신경계 발달 과정과 관련된 신호 전달에 관여합니다. EPH 하위 패밀리의 수용체는 일반적으로 하나의 키나아제 도메인과 시스테인 풍부 영역 및 두 개의 fibronectin type III 반복 서열을 포함하는 세포외 영역을 가지고 있습니다. Ephrin 수용체는 세포외 도메인 서열의 유사성과 ephrin-A 및 ephrin-B 리간드에 대한 결합 친화도에 따라 두 그룹으로 나뉘며, EphA4는 ephrin-A 리간드와 결합하는 단백질을 암호화합니다.
