APOH는 루푸스 및 일차 항인지질 증후군 환자의 혈청에서 발견되는 항인지질 자가항체의 음이온성 인지질 결합에 필요한 보조인자로 작용할 수 있으나, 감염 관련 항인지질 자가항체의 반응성에는 필요하지 않은 것으로 보입니다.
