Target Information
RORA는 NR1 핵 호르몬 수용체 하위 패밀리에 속하는 레티노산 수용체로, 핵 수용체 DNA 결합 도메인을 포함합니다. RORA는 단량체 또는 동량체 형태로 retinoic acid response element에 결합하여 유전자 발현을 조절하고 세포 기능을 제어합니다. NM23-2, NM23-1, CDK7, NCOA3, NCOA6 등과 상호작용하며, 골수 유래 중간엽 줄기세포에서 발현되어 골기질 성분의 직접적인 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 대부분의 조직에서 널리 발현되며, RORA 관련 염색체 이상은 급성 전골수성 백혈병(APL)의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.
