Target Information
Talin은 세포-기질 부착 부위의 다기능 단백질로, 다양한 조직과 세포 유형에서 발견되는 고분자 단백질(225–235 kDa)입니다.
이 단백질은 필라멘트성 액틴이 존재하는 접합 복합체의 세포질 면에 위치하며, 세포-세포 접합보다 주로 부착판(adhesion plaques)과 섬유상 구조에 존재합니다. Talin은 vinculin 및 integrin과 같은 부착판 단백질과 상호작용합니다.
