Target Information
MPP3 is a member of the MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase homologs) family, which interact with the cytoskeleton and regulate cell proliferation, signaling pathways, and intracellular junctions.
This protein includes a conserved SH3 (src homology 3) motif involved in signal transduction.
Alternative splicing variants have been identified; one transcript variant is experimentally supported but does not encode a protein.
