Syntrophin alpha-1 (Dystrophin, SNTA1)는 근섬유의 내면에서 발견되는 대형 막골격 단백질로, Duchenne 근이영양증 환자에서는 결손되어 있으며 Becker 근이영양증 환자에서는 감소된 양으로 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 dystrophin 및 관련 단백질과 결합된 주변막 단백질이며, syntrophin 유전자 패밀리의 일원으로 구조적으로 유사한 여러 유전자를 포함합니다.
