Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 상온에서 동결건조 분말 형태로 배송됩니다. 도착 후 -20°C에서 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 나누어 -20°C에서 보관하십시오. 반복적인 동결-해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리하십시오.
Target Information
Calcitonin Receptor는 골 흡수를 억제하며, 발생 과정 중 형태형성에 관여합니다. 세 가지 대체 스플라이싱된 Calcitonin Receptor 아이소폼이 확인되었습니다. 이 수용체는 calcitonin과 결합할 뿐만 아니라 RAMP3(receptor activity modifying protein)과 복합체를 형성하여 amylin과 결합할 수 있으며, 이는 췌장섬 기능 조절 및 제2형 당뇨병과 관련이 있습니다. Calcitonin Receptor는 동맥, 혈액, 뼈, 뇌, 신장, 폐, 태반, 전립선, 골격근, 갑상선 등에서 발현이 보고되었습니다. 또한 뼈, 배아, 신장, 멜라닌세포/자궁/태아심장 라이브러리에서 EST가 분리되었습니다.
