Target Information
RhoC는 적혈구 및 특정 상피세포에서 발견되는 당지질 및 당단백질의 탄수화물 측쇄에 연속적으로 당을 첨가하여 형성되는 혈액형 항원군에 속합니다. A, B, H 항원은 악성 세포 변형 과정에서 조절될 수 있는 것으로 보고되었습니다. 이러한 혈액형 관련 항원은 glycolipid와 glycoprotein 모두에 존재하며, 일반적으로 mucin-type 구조를 가지며 적혈구, 특정 상피세포 및 일부 개인의 분비물에서 검출됩니다. 이 그룹에는 A, B, H, Lewis A, Lewis B, Lewis X, Lewis Y 및 precursor type 1 chain 항원 등 16가지의 유전적·생합성적으로 구별되지만 상호 관련된 특이성이 포함됩니다.
