- PA1-26639 is expected to cross-react with chicken (83% conserved) and mouse (100% conserved) due to sequence homology.
- The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to human BLNK containing tyrosine 84, conserved in mouse.

Target Information
B cell linker protein (BLNK) is encoded by the BLNK gene located on chromosome 10 in humans. It is also known as SLP-65 (Src homology 2 domain-containing leukocyte protein of 65 kDa). BLNK functions as an adaptor protein in the B cell receptor signaling cascade. In the absence of BLNK, B cell development is impaired. BLNK undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation by Syk, a B cell receptor-activated kinase, enabling interaction with signaling intermediates such as Vav GEF and Grb2.
