For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

IKK gamma (IKBKG) is the regulatory subunit of the inhibitor of the kappaB kinase (IKK) complex, which activates NF-kappaB, leading to the expression of genes involved in inflammation, immunity, and cell survival.
Mutations in IKBKG are associated with incontinentia pigmenti, hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, and various immunodeficiencies. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified, and a pseudogene similar to this locus is located on an adjacent region of the X chromosome.
