For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered 20S core structure composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits (2 alpha and 2 beta rings).
Proteasomes are abundant in eukaryotic cells and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent, non-lysosomal pathway.
The immunoproteasome processes class I MHC peptides.
PSMB9 encodes a proteasome B-type (T1B family) 20S core beta subunit located in the class II region of the MHC.
Proteolytic processing is required for generation of the mature subunit.
