Target Information
SIPA1 유전자의 산물은 mitogen에 의해 유도되는 GTPase activating protein입니다. Rap1 및 Rap2에 대해 특이적인 GAP 활성을 나타내며, Ran 또는 다른 소형 GTPase에는 작용하지 않습니다. 이 단백질은 비정상적 또는 조기 발현 시 세포 주기 진행을 방해할 수 있으며, 핵주변 영역에 위치합니다. 현재까지 동일한 아이소폼을 인코딩하는 두 가지 대체 스플라이싱 변이가 확인되었습니다.
