Target Information
Hemopexin은 헤민(heme)을 결합하여 간으로 운반한 후 철을 회수하는 혈청 당단백질입니다. 구조적으로 두 개의 유사한 절반으로 구성되어 있으며, 각각 약 200개의 아미노산 잔기로 이루어져 있고 히스티딘이 풍부한 힌지 영역으로 연결되어 있습니다. 각 절반은 약 35~45개의 잔기로 이루어진 기본 단위가 반복된 형태입니다.
