Target Information

GRHPR 유전자는 hydroxypyruvate reductase, glyoxylate reductase 및 D-glycerate dehydrogenase 효소 활성을 가지는 효소를 암호화합니다. 이 효소는 다양한 조직에서 발현되며 대사 과정에 관여합니다. 해당 유전자 변이는 Type II hyperoxaluria를 유발할 수 있습니다.
