Target Information
TEC is a non-receptor protein-tyrosine kinase containing a pleckstrin homology domain and is highly expressed in many hematopoietic cell lines. TEC kinases play key roles in immune function regulation and T cell signaling, contributing to T cell activation. This gene may be associated with myelodysplastic syndrome.
