This antibody does not react with rat.
Rat anti-Mouse IgE Heavy Chain antibody, clone LO-ME-3 recognizes the murine epsilon immunoglobulin heavy chain and does not cross-react with other murine immunoglobulin classes or subclasses.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility, enabling use in multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence), and provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
They are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
