Product Specific Information
Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. If the product is not completely clear after standing at room temperature, centrifuge before use. This antibody remains stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid and should be diluted only immediately prior to use.
Anti-Asparaginase is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum through delipidation, salt fractionation, and ion-exchange chromatography, followed by extensive dialysis against the specified buffer. Immunoelectrophoresis assays showed a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, and purified or partially purified E. coli Asparaginase. Cross-reactivity with Asparaginase from other species or tissues may occur but has not been specifically determined.
