Target Information
Rad17은 세포 성장 유지, 염색체 안정성 유지, DNA 손상 시 ATR 의존적 체크포인트 활성화에 필수적인 단백질입니다. 약한 ATPase 활성을 가지며 크로마틴 결합에 필요합니다. 또한 RAD1-RAD9-HUS1 복합체 및 RHNO1을 크로마틴으로 유도하고 CHEK1 활성화에 관여합니다. DNA 복제 진행의 센서 역할을 할 수 있으며, 상동 재조합에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
