Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Chromogranin A (CHGA)는 신경내분비 분비 단백질 패밀리인 chromogranin/secretogranin 계열에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 신경세포 및 내분비세포의 분비 소포 내에 존재하며, vasostatin, pancreastatin, parastatin의 전구체로 작용합니다.
이들 펩타이드는 신경내분비계의 자가 또는 측분비 억제 조절자로 기능합니다.
CHGA는 카르시노이드 종양, 갈색세포종, 부신경절종 및 기타 신경내분비 종양의 우수한 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
Chromogranin A와 neuron specific enolase (NSE)의 공발현은 신경내분비 종양에서 흔히 관찰됩니다.
