Product Specific Information
FIB27는 인간 및 마우스 integrin beta-7의 epitope region Dl에 특이적으로 결합하며, 모든 α4β7 매개 부착 반응에 관여합니다. DAKT32와는 경쟁적으로 결합하지 않으며, LS722에 의해 유도된 TK1 세포 응집을 차단합니다(LS722는 α4β7 의존적 경로를 통한 활성화 항체).
Target Information
Integrin beta 7은 integrin alpha 4(CD49d)와 결합하여 α4β7 integrin(LPAM-1)을 형성하며, 이는 상피내 림프구에서 발현됩니다. 또한 alpha E(CD103)과 결합하여 αEβ7 integrin(HML-1)을 형성하며, 이는 점막 상피 인접 T세포 및 상피내 림프구에서 발현됩니다.
LPAM-1의 리간드는 VCAM-1(CD106), MAdCAM-1, fibronectin이며, HML-1의 리간드는 E-cadherin(CD324)입니다.
Integrin beta 7은 백혈구가 내피세포에 부착하고 염증 반응 중 혈관 외 공간으로 이동하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
