Unlike other image-enhanced flow cytometers, the Attune CytPix translates images into quantitative data such as particle count, size, shape, and surface complexity—providing unique insights and higher accuracy.

Fast Flow Cytometry and Imaging

Attune CytPix utilizes acoustic focusing technology combined with hydrodynamic focusing for data acquisition up to 10× faster than conventional flow cytometers. Cells are acoustically aligned closer to the focal plane, enabling high-speed imaging without compromising flow rate.

Automated Image Processing and Analysis

Thousands of high-resolution bright-field images are analyzed using pre-trained machine learning models. Image characteristics are converted into extended parameters, displayed as dot plots or histograms, allowing correlation of morphology with phenotype quantitatively.
