Target Information
Anti-Human 보조항체는 인간 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 분리 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
보조항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)에 사용 가능하며, 여러 개의 보조항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
일반적으로 보조항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린 혼합물로 면역하여 생성되며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 추가 정제 및 변형 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖는 시약으로 제작됩니다.
