Target Information
Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군으로, 생화학적 다양성이 매우 크며 인간 상피 조직에서 최소 20개의 다양한 폴리펩타이드로 구성되어 있습니다. Cytokeratin은 분자량 40–68 kDa, 등전점 pH 4.9–7.8 범위를 가지며, 인간 cytokeratin은 1–20번까지 번호가 부여됩니다.
상피의 종류 및 분화 정도에 따라 cytokeratin 발현 패턴이 달라지며, 이러한 특성은 다양한 상피성 악성종양의 구분에 유용합니다. Cytokeratin 항체는 면역조직화학적 진단뿐 아니라 세포병리학 및 유세포분석에도 활용됩니다. 또한 keratin은 암 연구 및 종양 진단에서 중요한 마커로 사용됩니다.
