Rat IgG2b kappa monoclonal antibody는 동형 대조용 면역글로불린으로 유용합니다.
이 eB149/10H5 항체는 flow cytometric 분석용으로 보고되었으며, 정상 인간 말초혈액 및 마우스 골수세포 분석에 테스트되었습니다. 실험 항체와 동일 농도로 사용하십시오.

Brilliant Violet™ 650 (BV650) 은 649 nm에서 방출되는 탠덤 형광체로, 405 nm 보라색 레이저를 사용하는 유세포분석기에 적합합니다. 장비가 해당 형광체를 검출할 수 있는지 확인하십시오.

Staining Buffer 권장: Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42) 또는 Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75) 사용을 권장합니다.
Light Sensitivity: 광산화에 민감하므로 시료와 바이알을 빛으로부터 보호하십시오.
Fixation: IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-54) 사용 시, 4°C 암조건에서 최대 3일간 안정적입니다.
Compatibility: BV650은 메탄올 기반 고정에는 부적합합니다.
