CD371 (also known as CLEC12A or Myeloid Inhibitory C-type Lectin-like receptor, MICL)은 세포질 ITIM을 포함한 고도로 당화된 막 단백질 수용체입니다. SHP1 및 SHP2와 결합하며, 주로 과립구, 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포(특히 형질세포형 수지상세포)에 발현됩니다. NK 세포에서의 발현은 논란이 있습니다. CD371은 염증 및 LPS 활성화 과정에서 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
