For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

cAMP is a signaling molecule important for various cellular functions. It activates cAMP-dependent protein kinase (AMPK), which phosphorylates target proteins. The inactive holoenzyme of AMPK is a tetramer of two regulatory and two catalytic subunits. Upon cAMP binding, the holoenzyme dissociates into regulatory dimers and catalytic monomers.
The PRKAR2A gene encodes one of the regulatory subunits, which can be phosphorylated by the activated catalytic subunit. It may interact with A-kinase anchoring proteins and determine AMPK subcellular localization.
