Target Information
VPS29 유전자는 vacuolar protein sorting 관련 유전자군에 속하며, 기능이 손상될 경우 효소 전달 효율이 저하됩니다. 이 단백질은 retromer complex의 구성요소로, endosome에서 trans-Golgi network로의 단백질 역수송에 관여합니다. VPS 단백질은 prevacuolar compartment에서 출발하는 소포의 내피 형성에 관여할 수 있습니다. 다양한 스플라이스 변이체 및 다중 polyadenylation 부위가 보고되었습니다.
