Target Information
Epitope 태그는 다양한 세포 유형에서 유전자 산물을 국소화하고, 단백질 및 복합체의 구조를 연구하며, 관련 단백질을 식별하고, 단백질 특이적 항체가 없는 경우 저발현 또는 면역원성이 낮은 단백질을 특성화하는 데 사용됩니다.
V5 epitope 태그는 원숭이 바이러스(SV5)의 P 및 V 단백질에 존재하는 작은 epitope(Pk)에서 유래되었습니다. 일반적으로 14개의 아미노산 서열(GKPIPNPLLGLDST)을 사용하지만, 짧은 9개 서열(IPNPLLGLD)로도 활용됩니다.
