Target Information
FITC(fluorescein isothiocyanate)는 자외선 또는 청색광을 흡수하여 분자를 여기시키고, 가시광선의 황록색 빛을 방출하는 형광 염료입니다. 빛이 제거되면 방출이 중단됩니다.
형광 표지는 항원-항체 반응의 위치를 빠르고 정확하게 확인할 수 있게 하며, FITC는 단백질에 쉽게 결합할 수 있어 면역형광 기술에서 널리 사용됩니다.
FITC는 다양한 단백질 표지용 hapten으로 사용되며, Anti-FITC 항체는 FITC 표지 세포의 자성 비드 기반 분리나 비특이적 배경 신호 제거에 활용될 수 있습니다.
