Product Specific Information

The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c, the integrin alphaX. CD11c associates with beta2 integrin to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimer, expressed by dendritic cells, intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. It binds to CD54, iC3b, and fibrinogen, playing a role in leukocyte adhesion.

  • Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
  • Applications Tested: Mouse splenocytes; ≤ 1.0 µg/test (100 µL final volume)
  • Recommended: Empirical titration for optimal performance

Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 563 (BUV563) is a tandem dye emitting at 564 nm, suitable for UV (355 nm) laser-equipped cytometers. Ensure instrument compatibility.

Staining Panels: When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (00-4409-75) to reduce non-specific interactions.

Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and samples from light.

Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal brightness loss.

Excitation/Emission/Laser: 350 nm / 564 nm / Ultraviolet Laser
