Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Growth arrest-specific 7 (GAS7) is expressed primarily in terminally differentiated brain cells, particularly in mature cerebellar Purkinje neurons. GAS7 plays a potential role in neuronal development. Several transcript variants encoding proteins with different N-terminal sequences have been described.
