Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MPP3 gene encodes a member of the MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase homologs) family.
MAGUKs interact with the cytoskeleton and regulate cell proliferation, signaling pathways, and intracellular junctions.
This protein contains a conserved SH3 (src homology 3) motif, common in cytoskeleton-associated proteins involved in signal transduction.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified; one variant is experimentally supported but does not encode a protein.
