This antibody is a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated CD3 (clone M2AB, isotype IgG1) and PE-conjugated CD44 (clone 7F1, isotype IgG1).
Target Information
CD44 is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of most cells, serving as a receptor for hyaluronan.
It mediates angiogenesis, cell adhesion, proliferation, and migration, playing an important role in lymphocyte activation, recirculation, and homing.
Elevated CD44 expression correlates with poor prognosis in many carcinomas, facilitating tumor growth, metastasis, antiapoptosis, and directional motility of cancer cells.
