MA5-13562 항체는 CD26을 표적하며 FACS 및 IF 응용에 적합합니다. Human 및 Rat 시료에서 반응성을 보이나, Rat PC12 세포의 FACS 분석에는 적합하지 않습니다.

Target Information
CD26 (dipeptidyl peptidase IV, DPP IV)은 prolyl oligopeptidase 계열에 속하는 비정형 serine protease로, lymphocyte 세포에서 발현되며 T-cell 활성화 시 증가합니다. 또한 활성화된 B 세포, NK 세포, 상피세포에서도 발현됩니다.
CD26은 T-cell 활성화, 세포 부착, HIV 감염 등 다양한 생물학적 기능에 관여합니다. CD26은 intrinsic membrane glycoprotein이며, N-말단에서 X-proline dipeptide를 절단하는 serine exopeptidase입니다.
CD26의 peptidase 활성 변화는 종양의 악성화와 관련이 있으며, 활성은 종양의 등급과 심각도에 따라 증가합니다. 또한 CD26 발현 밀도는 류머티즘 관절염 및 전신 홍반 루푸스 환자의 단핵구 및 CD4+ T 세포에서 변화가 보고되었습니다.
