Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of specific targets. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and allowing signal amplification through multiple binding events. Most are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled human immunoglobulins and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
